Defenders for the blank game week 27

The blank game weeks mean we need to plan our teams a few weeks in advance. One of the key areas where us Fantasy Football managers can gain an advantage is by having a strong bench; a bench with players who play so we can bring them in for the blank game weeks. However, most of us have a settled front three and a strong midfield 5. So in this article I am going to focus on defenders and goalkeepers only. Continue reading

The Early Transfer for game week 15

From the usual suspects, Barkley, Ozil, De Bruyne, Lukaku) have won fantasy points this weekend; Kane, Mahrez, Aguero scored low; while Coutinho didn’t show up at all. Kane seems to be getting his last year’s form back; Man United defence looks more impenetrable with each passing week; Norwich actually can keep a clean sheet; Chelsea’s sufferings continue. Not much to chose from, is there?

With one eye on the upcoming the international break (a good chance to wake up and see a couple of your players marked red), maybe you should not rush with your transfers unless your choice includes Ozil, Lukaku, Vardy or de Gea. As for me, I have only two suggestions this week – everyone’s favourite and a dark horse. Continue reading
