Help My Team for game week 34

Here to help. Post your team and get good constructive feedback on your selections. We will share our thoughts and concerns to help each other build better teams and hopefully win our respective mini-leagues.

How does it work?

Tell us your first 11, bench, cash in the bank and captain as we’ll take a look. We might tell you there is too much money sitting in the bank. We might question if you have the right striker or goalkeeper. We will point out obvious errors like it is rarely a good idea to have a defender as captain. For sure you will be told about the absence of a ‘star’ player and the captain de-jour.

Option 1: Post your team using the Rate My Team Adviser’s algorithm

The most advanced RMT Automated Adviser on the market today is now in “Release 7 Beta”, meaning it has been updated with the latest functionality to help managers for the full season. Based on published research, and capable of machine learning, our Automated Adviser is a powerful FPL analytics tool. Our Points Prediction engine takes into account new signings, formation changes, manager changes, and many other factors.

However, Fantasy Football First’s uniqueness is that as well as the excellent analytics engine, we have excellent FPL managers who’s opinion you can canvas. Data and experts – a powerful winning combination. Check if your team is ready and import your FPL team. Enter your FPL Team Code and import your team direct from the FPL site!

Option 2: Write your team in a comment

Post the players you select in the formation you want to play them, and separately list your subs., transfers and remaining cash in the bank. For example:

Please rate my team:

Baines, Gibson, Azpi
Sigy, Sanchez, Wanyama, Fletcher
Defoe, Lukaku, Kane
Subs: Lloris, Chadli, Morgan and Silva.

Captain: Sanchez and Vice is Defoe.
Money in the bank: £1.5m
Transfers Lloris -> Robles so I have cash to upgrade Wanyama next week

Link your team

Linking your team means anyone can click on your profile image and see your team. This helps because the reviewer can see your transfer history and get a sense of your overall strategy. After all, we don’t want to suggest a player you have just sold.

To link your team

1. get the url of your team from fantasy.premierleague.com. To do this open the game and click on POINTS. In the “Game Week Points” section you will see “View Gameweek history”. Open the Gameweek history page. Copy this URL.

2. Click “Profile” in the footer of the site. This will open your profile page.

The website field is in yellow on the image above.

3. copy the url into the Website field on your profile page and save.

Can YOU help someone?

Just give constructive feedback on the team and your view on the points it will earn, and you are all set.

Keep popping back

As the season progresses we’ll provide all sorts of articles, stats and tables to help everyone to maximise their points potential. We’re also posting updates on who is playing well or playing out of position in the weekly game reviews, thereby giving us all the latest information. The first set of tables are out and will be updated on Thursday. So keep popping back to see the latest player information.

We look forward to reading your teams

  1. Hi guys
Help me in this hard week
Which players in bench ? And who’s my captain ?

  2. Mourinho press conference right now may tempt me for Origi over Rashford. “Herrera and Young are set to start at turf moor nobody else is fresh to start”

    • @Jamo97 sounds like Bailly is really the only “sure thing” for Man United but not planning on introducing any of those players for DGW34

      • @STOUMI I wouldn’t even say he is, Mourinho been talking up Tuanzebe. I went Origi over Rashford for that reason, I can still get 11 DGW37 players which shall be fine and have money itb now. I have Townsend for this week but feel people are going mad for dgw players who havent done much and have tough games. Feel my squad is fine and if cup games go well hopefully Kane and co with a single game outscore Benteke etc. DGW37 is the one.

  3. Hi Guys,

Like a lot of people I am after getting stung with the United injuries.
I was thinking of doing Ibra to Rashford as they have a DGW and then the week after Lukaku to Kane? Any other ideas?

    Thanks for the help

    • @shirr not sure I can trust Jose over the DGW. I might take a chance on Negredo, has the lots of attempts of SiB the last few weeks, and 2 goals in 3 games. I think Gestede will come in late or start up front with Negredo. Two strong fixtures, it’s a bit of a risk, but I think it’s a stronger start than Rashford who might get 2 games.

      • @STOUMI I agree that you should take a chance on Negredo. He CAN score and in fact had a couple of double digits points haul earlier in the year.

  4. *Allen & Whelan trained this week for Stoke with Mark Hughes hopeful on their availability for the visit to Swansea .
*The Telegraph report that Gary Cahill is a doubt for Chelsea’s FA Cup tie with Spurs through illness.
*Walters yet to train this week but is expected today as Stoke continue to manage his knee problem.
*Vokes and Arfield “touch and go” for Burnley’s clash with Man United. Gudmundsson back in contention.
*Hughes on Butland recall – “This weekend is a possibility of course, but I will see how he goes in training today”.
*Pep on Jesus: “Today he made part of training with us. We are going to travel to Wembley, he will be part of that and after that we’ll see”.

  5. My team needs some help please. Not sure if Luka is best for cpt or who I should bring in? Will Chambers play this week?
Have 1FT and .3mib. Still have my wild card for GW 37.
    Thanks all!

    • @bees393 I would take out costa and coquelin and bring in Benteke and Zaha. or just the benteke move for now.

      • @abukad – thanks…will do that. What do you think of bringing in King instead of Zaha? He seems to be hot with good games coming up?

    • @bees393 Costa is the concern for me too. Benteke or Negredo seem the logical choice if you want to get in on the DGW. Negredo has the fixtures and Benteke has been in form, but don’t have great match ups. I could see him getting in against Liverpool, but Spurs have the league’s best defense, any consolation, Palace is at home. I would also move Coquelin for King or even Zaha, as Palace have strong fixtures in GW35 and GW37, home to Burnley and Hull.

  6. Please help my team. I did my FT already Brunt for Gibson. The Ibra injury really bothers me (not the only one I think). My question if who’s ideal to replace him? Should I consider a DGW striker (Rashford, Negredo …) or someone in form aka Kane? 3.4 itb

  7. I planed to go with Ibra as 3xC. So I changed my plans and I will go with WC before next GW and play Sanchez as 3xC for GW36 and BBfor GW 37.
Am I ready for this BGW? Few days ago I bought Townsend and sold Sterling. It’s not necessary to make another one transfer?

  8. @IvanTheTerrible

Have you decided what to do? There goes my well laid plan to wait for the Anderlecht match before getting Ibra.

Is Rashford assured of starting both DGW or do you think Mou will not risk him?
